Business waste without the contract hassle
Most businesses we work with fell into one of two gaps. Either their commercial bin contract never quite matched what they actually produce, so the overflow built up in the stockroom, or they had a one-off job like a refit or a move that no wheelie bin was ever going to touch.
We fill both gaps. For one-offs we come in, load everything and leave the space clear in a single visit. For ongoing waste we agree a collection rhythm that matches what you actually generate, not what a national contract wants to sell you. There is no long tie-in and no rental on a bin that sits half empty.
Pricing is per job or per collection, agreed up front. Send photos or a description on WhatsApp and we will come back with a fixed figure before anyone sets off, so it can go through your books cleanly.
Your duty of care, handled properly
Every business in England has a legal duty of care for the waste it produces, from the moment it is created to the moment it is properly disposed of. If your waste ends up fly-tipped and it is traced back to you, it is your business that faces the fine, regardless of who you paid to take it.
That is why the carrier matters more than the price. We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier, licence CBDU607219, and every commercial collection comes with a waste transfer note describing what was taken and where it is going.
Keep those notes for two years and your duty of care is demonstrably met. For landlords, agents and facilities managers juggling multiple sites, we can invoice and document each job separately so everything sits against the right property file.
Refits, moves and the jobs with a deadline
Commercial waste jobs nearly always have a date attached. The fitters start Monday. The new tenant picks up the keys Friday. The lease says the unit goes back empty at the end of the month. We plan around those dates, not the other way round.
Shop refits produce a predictable mix: old shelving, display units, counters, mountains of cardboard and the inevitable pile of stuff from the back room nobody has opened since the last refit. Office moves are desks, chairs, pedestals, dead IT and archive boxes. We have cleared both hundreds of times across Stockport and Manchester.
If access is awkward, upper floors, no lift, loading restrictions on a parade of shops, tell us when you book. We would rather plan for it than discover it, and we time city centre collections to work around loading bays and wardens.
Where business waste ends up
Commercial loads recycle well when they are separated properly. Cardboard and packaging go as fibre, metal fixtures as scrap, timber as wood, and electricals through WEEE-compliant routes. Only the genuine mixed remainder goes to energy recovery.
Reusable items, decent office chairs, working shelving, unopened stock, are routed to reuse where we can. It is a better outcome all round and it keeps disposal weight, and therefore cost, down.
Everything goes through licensed facilities and nothing is ever dumped. Your transfer note says where it went, which is exactly the paper trail your duty of care needs.
