When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, location and details of the waste removal service you need. We do not collect special category data.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange a collection and follow up on the service. We do not sell your data.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where relevant, contract performance.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Customer records relating to completed collections are retained for the period required by waste regulations and HMRC.

Cookies

Essential storage needed for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice, is always on. Other cookies are only set if you agree to them in our cookie banner. Until you choose, they stay off.

• Analytics (Google Analytics, provided by Google): counts visits and shows us which pages people use, so we can improve the site.
• Marketing (Google Ads, provided by Google): measures whether our ads lead to enquiries, calls or WhatsApp messages (conversion measurement). If you accept marketing cookies and send an enquiry, your email address and phone number are shared with Google in hashed form to match the enquiry to an ad click. We also note the ad click ID and campaign details from the link you arrived on with your enquiry.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Your choice and the date you made it are saved in your browser.
