Man and van rubbish removal across Manchester
A van, two of us, and none of the lifting left to you. We turn up where a skip lorry can't get, load the lot by hand, sweep the space and take it to a licensed transfer station. You only pay for the room your waste takes up in the van.

Loaded By Us
Two-person crew as standard. Stairs, cellars and back alleys included.
Same or Next Day
Seven days a week, with weekend slots for people who work in the week.
Licensed Carrier
Environment Agency registered, CBDU607219, with transfer notes.
Recycling First
Loads sorted at a licensed site so as little as possible is landfilled.
No Permit Needed
No skip on the road means no council permit and no waiting days.
Pay For What You Use
Priced on the space your waste fills, quoted before we set off.
What we'll take in the van
- Sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes and flat-pack furniture
- Fridges, freezers, washing machines and small electricals
- Bagged household waste and general clutter
- Loft, garage, cellar and shed clear-outs
- Garden cuttings, soil, turf and broken slabs
- Rubble, timber, plasterboard and small trade loads
Mixed loads are completely normal. Most clear-outs are part furniture, part bags, part garden, and we sort it at the other end rather than asking you to separate anything.
Why man and van suits Manchester streets
Manchester housing stock fights against skips. Terraces in Levenshulme, Burnage and Gorton have narrow back alleys and permit parking out front. City centre and Ancoats apartments have loading bays with time limits and bin stores tucked behind fobs. A skip needs a legal spot, a permit and days of your driveway.
A van and a crew sidesteps all of that. We park where a car parks, walk the waste out, and you get the space back the same visit. For anyone renting, selling, or between tenants, that's usually the difference between a job done and a job still waiting.
We're family-run out of Stockport and across Manchester most days, so you deal with the people doing the work. Pricing is always job-specific, so send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll come back with a fixed quote.
