Access, floors and the carrying route
The current calculator adds 10% for first-floor-or-above access and 10% for roadside or restricted access. These are separate inputs in the existing calculator, not a new price rule. Enter the actual arrangements and let the calculator work out the guide rather than applying a rough adjustment yourself.
Photos of a narrow staircase, loft hatch, cellar steps or a long path to the road help us plan the carrying. In a flat, mention the floor and whether a lift can be used for furniture. In a terrace, tell us about shared alleys or parking restrictions. You do not need to carry the contents outside yourself.
Furniture, mattresses, fridges and mixed contents

What the agreed clearance includes
The service covers lifting and loading the confirmed items, removing them through the property and sweeping up afterwards. It is a clearance, not a decorating or deep-cleaning service. Tell us about lofts, garages, sheds and garden contents at the start if they are part of the job, so the agreed scope covers them.
Reusable furniture and household goods are set aside for charity or reuse where practical. Remaining materials are sorted for recycling and licensed disposal. Timing, probate and tenancy deadlines
